Unfortunately for us, Shel Silverstein passed away in 1999--but he isn't done tickling our funny bone just yet. Harper Collins Children's Books recently announced that they will be publishing a posthumous book of Shel's poetry in 2011; chock full of those silly illustrations and rhymes that make his work so memorable. The beloved author of Falling Up, Where the Sidewalk Ends, and A Light in the Attic has sold more than 25 million copies of his books and has been translated into 30 languages.
